📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.,Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Supervise and train junior front desk staff to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with a proven track record of excellent customer service.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise and train staff.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
