📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage logistics activities, including cargo movement and freight forwarding
• Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations
• Track and monitor cargo shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of logistics records and databases
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to safety and security protocols
• Assist in the preparation and organization of logistics reports and presentations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and freight forwarding

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field
• Familiarity with logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
