📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Monitor production performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality and efficiency issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events and 5S audits.
• Utilize SAP ERP and MES for real-time data analysis and process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record in process improvement.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and MES systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive decision-making based on insights.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
