📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive outlet appearance.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistent brand standards across all outlets.,Participate in inventory and stock management to ensure optimal product availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
