📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer patient inquiries and provide information about our services.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using our in-house scheduling software.
• Assist in the check-in and check-out process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Coordinate with our medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle patient billing and payment inquiries.
• Assist in maintaining patient records and files.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
