📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle).Financial analysis and reporting skills.Payroll management experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership and team management abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.
