📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and conduct engaging swimming lessons for infants and toddlers, focusing on safety and fun.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Aquababies Indonesia's proprietary curriculum.
• Ensure the safety of young children in and around the water, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Provide a positive and supportive learning environment for young swimmers.
• Assist in the supervision and management of swimming classes, including group and individual lessons.
• Collaborate with the Aquababies Indonesia team to continuously improve lesson plans and teaching methods.
• Participate in in-house training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Baby and Toddler Swimming Instructor (or equivalent certification).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching swimming to infants and toddlers.
• Strong knowledge of infant and toddler development and safety in water environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young children.
• Familiarity with Aquababies' proprietary curriculum and safety protocols.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Passionate about early childhood development and dedicated to making a positive impact on young lives.
