📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
  • Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
