📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement feed plans to meet client requirements and production targets.
• Monitor and analyze production data using ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of feed products by managing inventory levels and production schedules.
• Maintain high-quality standards by conducting regular quality checks and audits.
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to forecast feed requirements and optimize inventory.
• Prepare and present regular reports on feed planning, inventory, and production performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve feed planning and inventory management.
• Provide training and support to the production team on feed planning and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in feed planning and inventory management, preferably in the poultry feed industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and data analytics tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Certification in feed formulation or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
