📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall operations of the bakso restaurant, including sales, marketing, and customer service.,Manage and develop the restaurant team, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and profitably, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Ensure that health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Develop and implement business plans and strategies to grow the restaurant.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
