📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all products are completed on time.,Coordinate with the production team to address any issues or challenges that arise.,Maintain high standards of quality control to ensure that all products meet the required specifications.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure that production meets customer demands.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in the beauty industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in quality control and health and safety regulations is a plus.
