📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training solutions,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent organizational and time management skills
