📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with the translation of documents, emails, and reports between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Coordinate with international clients to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Support the local team with cultural adaptation and understanding.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Attend and participate in team meetings to ensure alignment on projects and tasks.
• Provide language support for training sessions and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in language support or administrative coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of cultural differences and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
