We are seeking a talented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Up Spot Dinamis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Track and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
