📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase sales and revenue.,Train and mentor staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values.,Ensure that the restaurant is profitable and meets or exceeds all financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
