In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy of financial statements.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Experience in managing financial operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
