📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Develop and implement HR strategies and programs,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proven track record of successful HR management
