📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to patients, ensuring their optimal health outcomes.,Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to regulatory guidelines and standards.,Monitor and manage medication inventories, ensuring stock levels are adequate and up-to-date.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmaceutical policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of medication practices to ensure compliance with regulations.,Provide training and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmaceutical software and systems.,Familiarity with local and international pharmaceutical guidelines and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
