📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
• Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
