In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage store budgets and ensure profitability.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
