📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and control warehouse costs to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Utilize warehouse management software to track and manage inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.,Experience with team management and training.
