📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests and procedures, including blood tests, urine analysis, and microbiological studies.
• Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment and software, such as automated analyzers, flow cytometers, and molecular diagnostic systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following established protocols and quality control procedures.
• Interpret test results and provide reports to healthcare providers, ensuring timely and accurate information for patient care.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest diagnostic techniques and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a diagnostic laboratory setting.
• Certification from a reputable organization, such as the American Medical Technologists (AMT) or the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
