As a Distributor Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new distribution opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth operations. You’ll leverage tools like Salesforce and SAP to manage data and streamline processes. With 5+ years of experience in FMCG distribution, you’ll bring a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record of success.

• Develop and implement distribution strategies to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure distribution partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG distribution management.
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing distribution networks.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
