📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines (La Marzocco, Breville).
• Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked and organized.
• Train and mentor new baristas to maintain high standards of coffee preparation and customer service.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Create and execute daily specials and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
• Assist in the overall management of the coffee shop, including shift planning and staff scheduling.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the coffee shop's culture and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a professional coffee shop setting.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems (Square, Toast, or similar).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for coffee and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
